About

Suggested by Petrolheads Welcome member, Sara B. for its contents rather than the car park. So you may want to leave the car somewhere safe and walk here.  Sara tells us:

“The Ruskin Museum houses a collection of Donald Campbell memorabilia and hopefully will house his boat Bluebird K7 once it’s restoration is complete. Currently parts of the boat are on display along with Campbell’s motor launch. The story of Campbell’s record attempts is played out on an audio-visual display. Just down the road is the cemetery where Campbell was finally laid to rest in 2001. Not much parking available at the Museum itself but plenty of safe on street parking. Similarly the town itself is the place for refreshment.”

Thanks Sara
