About

These two barn conversions were submitted by owner, Rachel. This is why she thinks they are ideal for Petrolheads:

“This is an ideal place to stay for 2 couples on a driving holiday in Wales in their classic cars. Convenient for fantastic touring routes in the Cambrian Mountains or along the Cardigan Bay coast. For example: Elan Valley loop or the Tregaron-Abergwesyn mountain road (Devil’s Staircase, Llyn Brianne etc). No traffic, stunning views, spectacular winding valley roads. And when you get “home” relax on your private patio and enjoy beautiful views of where you’ve just been driving.

The Half-mile access road has been recently tarred [May 2020]; the car-park has an extra-wide entrance; off-street private parking for 3 cars right in front of the cottages; possible to put padlocked chain across entrance if required; outside lighting; ample turning space; at the end of a no-through road – no traffic, no neighbours, no noise.”

Thanks Rachel.

We love driving in that area! See our blog here about Driving the ‘Evo Triangle’.
