Haynes International Motor Museum Claimed

5.0/5 1 Reviews Add Review

Visited and hand picked by Petrolheads Welcome

Located on the outskirts of Sparkford, the original home of the famous Haynes Manuals, the Haynes International Motor Museum was extensively refurbished in 2014 and features a fantastic selection of vehicles, from the advent of the motor car through to the present day.

The museum also features a large cafe serving snacks, hot meals and drinks, as well as a gift shop with an extensive selection of model cars and books.

The first Sunday of most months sees the museum hosting its popular Breakfast Club meetings, although these can be extremely busy so arrive early if you want to get a parking space in the tarmac front car park and beat the breakfast queues! Overflow parking around the back involves negotiating a small speed hump and is a mixture of loose surface and grass depending on how many are in attendance.

Haynes International Motor Museum is a great choice for club gatherings, also has conference facilities available to hire for corporate events.

You can find the FBHVC’s directory of Motor Museums HERE.

A great museum

I love car musuems and this is one of the best. The red room is amazing (full of red cars and not all Ferraris). You can easily spend a whole day in here, specially as theyve now added a big cafe.
