CAFE IN FORT AUGUSTUS – LOCH NESS

Medals Silver

Submitted by the business owners.

About

This cafe close to the shore of Loch Ness makes an ideal location for a coffee stop en-route to Skye, the Western Isles, NC500 and a great central base for touring the Highlands.

Owners Glen & Samantha tell us that whilst they have no off road parking the road is a ‘No Through Road’ so the there is limited traffic. They estimate the road outside the property is approx three-car widths with parking only on one side and a grass verge opposite. Indeed they have had both classic and supercars visit and park with no issues.

They added, “Regards Fort Augustus village – there is both a local Petrol Station (although no super-unleaded – nearest Inverness/Fort William), a repair garage (West End Garage) and also a newly installed EV charging point.”

If you’ve visited here or nearby, please let us have your opinion.
